Athletes: After your Mindbody account has been created please click below (sometimes it takes a few seconds to load) to book your one-on-one sessions. First, select your coach (the coach who writes your programming) and then select a date and time that works for both of you. The calendar has been populated with dates and times that your coach is available. If none of the times available work for you, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can find a time that works.
We ask that you kindly book your private sessions at least 24 hours in advance.
